Meet Erica

Hi! I'm Erica Thomas, licensed therapist of over 19 years and certified mother-daughter coach. 

As a therapist, there's nothing more rewarding than witnessing teen girls and adult women of all ages heal from their past hurts and take leadership over themselves in values-driven way. When they get to that point, they start to live Life bravely and authentically, regardless of what Life throws at them. It's awesome to see this transformation, and I'm so proud of them!

As a mother-daughter coach, it’s heartwarming to witness my mother-daughter clients experience deep healing, personal growth, and a call to action for generational change. Mother-daughter pairs working together begin to hear and see each other differently.  Women who do mother-daughter work individually find healing from past hurts, gain a deeper understanding of themselves as women and also learn how to create powerful generational change.  Mother-daughter work is hard work, and I'm honored to be part of their journey.

As a woman, I was once plagued with an inner narrative filled with self-limiting, self-sabotaging beliefs that kept me from giving myself the "Yeses" to live my best life. I've also experienced a mother-daughter relationship, where my mom successfully broke cycles of generational dysfunction, but also caused hurts from generational patterns she didn't know she was perpetuating. It was through individual work and learning more about my mother-daughter history that I gained a deeper understanding of myself as a woman, mended my relationship with my mother, and found healing, growth and empowerment. And, like my mom, I too, am creating more generational change for my own daughter.  Yes, the work was hard and sometimes downright painful, but it was transformative!  Had I not invested in myself, I wouldn't live Life so richly and courageously as I do now.
