1) How do I get an appointment with you?

2) What happens once I request an appointment?
I will e-mail you a link to establish your secure, on-line Client Portal, which contains your intake packet. All paperwork is filled out electronically and must be completed 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid rescheduling.

4) Do you accept insurance?
No. I do not accept insurance, vouchers, nor Care Credit.
Cash and all major credit cards accepted. I also accept HSA/FSA benefit funds that are in loaded onto a Mastercard or Visa debit card.
5) How long do I need to give if I won't be attending my appointment?
I require a 24-hour in-advance notice to avoid being charged the full fee of the scheduled session. A notice greater than 24 hours is always appreciated as this opens up slots for clients who might need to be seen sooner.
6) When do I/we expect to be done with therapy or mother-daughter coaching?
Because of the uniqueness of my clients' needs, it's hard to put a timeframe on the course of therapy or mother-daughter coaching. However, we will work together throughout the course of therapy to ensure we are staying on track, and this provides you with a clearer picture of when your therapy or coaching will end. I have also found that clients who are completely invested in their therapy see progress much quicker than those who are not.
7) Can I bring my children with me to therapy/coaching appointments if they are not participating in the sessions?
No. This is a very important time that deserves your full attention, so this term is non-negotiable. Please make babysitting plans in advance to avoid rescheduling.
