• 1) How do I get an appointment with you?  

Please send me an inquiry on the "Contact Me" page or call (512) 777-0899. 

2) What happens once I request an appointment? 

 I will e-mail you a link to establish your secure, on-line Client Portal, which contains your intake packet. All paperwork is filled out electronically and must be completed 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid rescheduling. 

3) Do you accept insurance?

No. I do not accept insurance, vouchers, nor Care Credit. 

Cash and all major credit cards accepted.  I also accept HSA/FSA benefit funds that are in loaded onto a Mastercard or Visa debit card.  Additionally, I can provide you an invoice called a "Superbill" that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement

4) What are your fees?

Individual Therapy Sessions | $175/hr

Parent Guidance Sessions | $175/hr--minimum of 4 sessions

For Mother-Daughter Coaching: 

• Right now, I’m still offering individual sessions for families who want to begin their work immediately and not wait until the rollout of my all-new, cutting-edge, high-touch programs in January 2026:
  • Individual Mother-Daughter Coaching | $175/hr 
  • Joint Mother-Daughter Coaching | $350/90-minute sessions

✨ Coming January 2026: I’ll be rolling out two brand-new, high-touch 3-month mother-daughter therapeutic coaching programs.  I'll be taking mother-daughter coaching to the next level!

For mother-daughter pairs, the program will include nine joint sessions, six individual sessions, a welcome package that includes a beautiful workbook and journal that will you can reference for years to come, and a high-touch level of support that will be sure to create lasting, generational change.  The cost is $4,900 USD.

For women who are on a solo journey in healing from their mother-daughter wounds, this program will include twelve individual sessions, a welcome package that includes a beautiful workbook and journal that you can reference for years to come, a welcome package, and a high-touch level of support that will also help them create lasting, generational change even though mom or daughter are not around by choice or by circumstances, including loss.  The cost is $2800 USD.

You can begin right now with session-based coaching at the above rates or secure your program spot early, with an additional 2 months to pay off the program if enrolled no later than November 1, 2025 or an additional month if enrolled no later than December 1, 2025.

5) What kind of notice do I need to give if I won't be attending my appointment? 

I require a 24-hour in-advance notice to avoid being charged the full fee of the scheduled session. A notice greater than 24 hours is always appreciated as this opens up slots for clients who might need to be seen sooner. 

6) Can I bring my children with me to therapy/coaching appointments if they are not participating in the sessions? 

No. This is a very important time that deserves your full attention, so this term is non-negotiable. Please make babysitting plans in advance to avoid rescheduling.
